LOVE & LAUGHTER TOUR
WITH FANTASIA AND COMEDIAN MARVIN DIXON
Wilson, an R&B icon and former lead singer of the funkadelic brotherly trio, the GAP Band, was once dubbed “the de-facto father of new jack swing.” Artists like Aaron Hall have long paid homage to his vocal style.
“The dynamics of Wilson’s show contains both old school and new school sounds,” said Leo Bennett, CEO of Variety Entertainment Promotions. “Uncle Charlie gives one of the best performances ever.”
Grammy-winning Fantasia, who hit the national stage as winner of “American Idol” in its third season, is known to bring a crowd to its feet with songs like, “Bittersweet,” “I Believe” and “Truth Is.”
Dixon has been performing and hosting comedy since 1994. He has appeared on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, BET’s Comic View and most recently "The Tom Joyner Skyy Show". He currently commutes between Atlanta and Miami.
