- Only one customer is to be at each open box office window at a time
- Only one transaction per customer is permitted
- Use of cell phones at the box office window is prohibited
- You must have your form of payment in hand before approaching the box office window
- If you are using a credit card, it must be your own. You must also show a valid form of photo ID at the box office window when paying with a credit card.

Restrictions on the use of still cameras vary by event, however, professional cameras and lens are not permitted. Video and recording equipment of any kind are strictly prohibited.
A clear bag policy is in effect at the Bell Auditorium. The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venues:
ALL bags larger than one 8.5″ x 5.5″ handheld clutch
Fireworks
Illegal drugs
Outside food and beverage of any kind
Bottles, cans and/or coolers
Audio or recording equipment of any kind
Laser pointers, aerosol cans and noise makers
Backpacks or any other over-sized bags
Weapons including pocket knives
The Bell Auditorium is a government building. Access is controlled by security. Weapons are not permitted in this facility. You may not carry or possess a weapon in this building. Violation of this prohibition may result in criminal prosecution. See, O.C.G.A § 16 – 11 – 127

All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you are unable to attend, list your tickets on Ticketmaster
