Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at most Bell Auditorium events. Patrons purchasing alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid ID.

• Only one customer is to be at each open box office window at a time
• Only one transaction per customer is permitted
• Use of cell phones at the box office window is prohibited
• You must have your form of payment in hand before approaching the box office window
• If you are using a credit card, it must be your own. You must also show a valid form of photo ID at the box office window when paying with a credit card.

The SRP Box Office at the Bell Auditorium is open:

• Monday – Friday: 9:30AM – 5:00PM
• Saturdays and Sundays for events only – hours vary

Restrictions on the use of still cameras vary by event, however, professional cameras and lens are not permitted. Video and recording equipment of any kind are strictly prohibited.

A clear bag policy is in effect at the Bell Auditorium. 

Guests are limited to one 12″ x 12″ x6″ CLEAR bag or one 8.5″ x 5.5″ handheld clutch.

Concession stands, food carts, local vendors and bars are located throughout the facility. Must be 21 or older with valid ID to purchase alcohol.

All found items are turned into the Security Office. Please call 706.262.4579 if you’re inquiring after the event has ended.

Merchandise availability and location varies by event.

The Bell Auditorium is a cashless facility.  All major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted.

ApplePay and GooglePay are also accepted at concession stands and bars.

Mobile tickets are downloaded directly to your phone.

General parking is available in the 7th Street lot for $10.

Preferred parking is available in the Bell Auditorium parking lot and can be purchased in advance HERE.

• The Bell Auditorium is a government building. Access is controlled by security. Weapons are not permitted in this facility. You may not carry or possess a weapon in this building. Violation of this prohibition may result in criminal prosecution. See, O.C.G.A § 16 – 11 – 127

The Bell Auditorium maintains a strict no re-entry policy for all events

All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you are unable to attend, list your tickets on Ticketmaster.

Smoking is strictly prohibited at the Bell Auditorium.
